Orders and Shipping

Changes can be made before the warehouse has finished processing the order. If you change your mind, we recommend that you contact Customer Care immediately, who will check the status of your order.

In any case, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery of the order, for any reason. Further details are available in in “Returns & Refunds” and “Terms & Conditions”.

The order confirmation email includes a tracking number, allowing you to follow the shipment in real time on the courier’s website.

If you have a My Account, you can also track your order directly from the “My Orders” section.

We ship to Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or poste restante.

We also cannot deliver to the following areas: Campione d'Italia, Lake Lugano, Livigno, Azores, Madeira, French overseas territories, Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, Åland Islands, San Marino, Vatican City.

No, you do not need to be registered on our site to make purchases.

However, registration is fast, free, secure and gives you access to many benefits, including:

Shipping usually takes 8 working days and costs 20 CHF for orders under 200 CHF. Shipping is free for orders over 200 CHF.

Orders are delivered by courier from Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Please always choose an address where someone will be available to receive the delivery. If you prefer to have your order delivered to your office or a concierge desk, be sure to include the company name or the name of the contact person.

After the first delivery attempt, the courier will leave a notice with details of the collection point where your order will be deposited.

If you don't collect your order within a few days, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded.
